India: Culture, Traditions and Gandhi

The Gandhi Memorial Center offers a weekly class for members of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute of American University with special presentations on Indian music, dance, architecture, textiles, visual arts and the lives of Rabindranath Tagore and Mahatma Gandhi. Each week a different topic is introduced guiding the participants to a wider and more expansive experience in the culture of the Indian sub-continent. The class meets on Friday from September 24 to November 12, 2021.
